One of my resolutions for 2019 is to be a better blogger! I want to stay connected to brides getting married at the Kaminski House Museum in historic Georgetown, SC. I want to show persons how they can create the wedding that they have always dreamed about here in this area of the low country of South Carolina. In the past three and a half years, the Kaminski House has been the site for over ninety weddings, receptions and special events. I can honestly say that each occasion has been unique. Each couple brings their on style and personality to these celebrations. I want to introduce these couples, whether they are from right up the road in Maryville or from the Washington, DC area, what is possible as they start a new journey as a couple. In this blog, I am going to share ideas for weddings and receptions at the Kaminski House and introduce couples to some of our fabulous local B&B’s and rentals through VRBO. I am planning to tell you about catering services in the area and the foods that they specialize in so that you have food options as you plan your reception or rehearsal dinner. I can’t wait to tell you about the white wedding trolley and the heart shaped sparklers that are perfect for your send off by the fountain in Rainey Park. There is just so much to tell you about. For now just know that we are going to take a fabulous journey as we go through the wedding season beginning in the spring and ending with the museum’s Winter Wonderland Wedding packages.
