Riverside Garden improvement project
Over the years the beautiful Kaminski House Museum grounds have played a role in any number of special and memorable occasions. The riverside garden, with its 200 year old live oak trees and views of the Sampit River got a wonderful makeover in 2016. Thanks to the generous support of Kathryn & David Kossove and many wonderful friends and donors, the Kaminski House Museum side garden was transformed into a magical space and renamed the Kathryn & David Kossove Garden.
Jean Rothrock of Waccamaw Landscaping created a stunning plan for the terrace garden, which will greatly enhance the museum's ability to use the space for public programs and rental events, while also securing a much appreciated, sustainable revenue source for the museum.
The Friends of the Kaminski House wish to thank all of our generous donors for allowing us to complete this wonderful addition to the museum's grounds. If you wish to support the upkeep and revitalization of the museum grounds, please consider giving a donation to further our efforts to beautify the museum's outdoor spaces.
