ALL ABOARD! The Holiday Trolley at the Kaminski House Museum for Family Night on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 4 - 6 pm. Join us for a night full of family fun as the Museum hosts a Scavenger Hunt through the Kaminski House. Special holiday cookies and Holiday Cocoa sprinkled with Elf Magic will be served. Tickets for adults are $10.00 (when accompanied by children) and children under 12 are free of charge. Unaccompanied adults are $10 for members and $15 for non-members. The Candlelight Tours will include a walk through the Kathryn and David Kossove Terrace with lighting in memory and in honor of loved ones during this special time of year. Join us on the lawn at the Kaminski House Museum for holiday fun as we hoist a glass of bubbly and light up the lawn for the 2023 Holiday Season! Come out for a little early shopping at the Museum’s Holiday Market from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The Museum will host a Holiday Village for Children from 3 - 5 pm with a special performance of the Saltwater Chamber Orchestra scheduled at 5 pm. The Orchestra will lead the crowd for the countdown to light up the lawn at 5:30 pm. Come out and join us for Holiday Magic at the Kaminski House Museum!

The Friends of the Kaminski House will present Jazz Lunch 2023 on the lawn on Sunday, November 5th from 2- 4 pm. Join us as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary operating as a house museum. The afternoon will include a delicious lunch provided by Root enhanced with Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bars. Lunch participants will receive a sneak preview to the Holiday Designer’s Showcase. Join us for a delightful afternoon featuring amazing food, music, and a special viewing of the Museum decked out in holiday glitz and sparkle.

Make plans now to bring your family to Family Fun & Literacy Day at the Kaminski House Museum on Saturday, October 14th. Join us on the lawn for an afternoon of storytelling, autumn crafts & games and spooky treats. We will also give out free books to all of the kiddos attending this Spooktacular event.

Join your friends at the Kaminski House Museum for one of our favorite summertime events. It just would not be July 4th without this annual concert featuring the musical talents of the members of the Indigo Choral Society. Pack your favorite snacks and bring your lawn chairs out to the lawn. Don’t forget to wear red, white, and blue.

Join us on the lawn of the Kaminski House Museum as we welcome spring in the lowcountry by presenting a performance of the Long Bay Youth Symphony on Sunday, April 30th at 3 pm. Pack your favorite snacks and picnic items and head over to the Kaminski House Museum to spend an afternoon under the oaks listening to music from these talented young musicians. This is a free event.

Weather Permitting, the Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be on Saturday, April 8th on the lawn of the Kaminski House and in Rainey Park for the younger children. Make plans to “hop on down” to the Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Kaminski House Museum. Meet the Easter Bunny at 10 AM for a parade down the board walk. Children under 6 years old will have their egg hunt at Rainey Park and older children will be on the Lawn of the Kaminski House.

Come out for Family Night during Holiday Magic at the Kaminski House Museum in historic Georgetown, SC. The event is scheduled on Saturday, December 17th from 4 - 7 pm. A special holiday scavenger’s hunt will be held inside the Kaminski House Museum. In addition, children can ride the Holiday Express to see the beautiful holiday decorations along Front Street and in the historic homes in Georgetown. Tickets are $5.00 for adults when accompanied by a child. For children 12 and under admission is free of charge. Tickets may be purchased at the museum shop before the event.

We will lift a toast as we light the lawn on the Kaminski House Museum. We will be hosting a Vendor Market, Live Wreath Auction, and feature a special performance of the Festiva Brass Band of Myrtle Beach. during these free events.

This event will include a preview of the rooms of the Kaminski House all decked out for the holidays with the help of our talented, local interior designers and home decor specialists.

We would love to see you on the lawn for Rockin’ & Roastin’ on the River on Sunday, October 23rd from 4 - 7 pm. The oyster roast will be catered by Buzz’s Roost with delicious oysters and the best clam chowder in the low country. Entertainment will be provided by The Guys. Tickets for the event are $75.00. Spend some time on Labor Day Weekend with your friends at the Kaminski House Museum. We will present a Labor Day Concert featuring the talented singers from the Indigo Choral Society. We invite everyone to pack their favorite picnic snacks and beverages to join us for this concert on the lawn.

The Annual Easter Egg Hunt is back on the lawn of the Kaminski House Museum. Parents and children will meet under the town clock on Front Street in Georgetown, SC. The Easter Bunny will lead you along the harbor walk and up to the lawn of the Kaminski House Museum. We will start the egg hunt at 10:15 am.

Come out and join the Kaminski House Museum as we present a Wedding Soirée on Sunday, April 10th. The event will feature some of our favorite wedding vendors showcasing their businesses on the lawn of the Kaminski House Museum. Brides can come out to the lawn and plan all the details for upcoming weddings from A - Z. The event will include a Wedding Fashion Show and drawings for prizes donated by our featured vendors. Tickets are $20.00.

Holiday Magic at the Kaminski House Museum will continue with a holiday performance by the Pawleys Island Community Band on Saturday, December 11th at 1 pm. The concert is sponsored by the Georgetown Business Association. This performance is sure to put you in the holiday spirit!
